Skills and expertise
Alison is an experienced field botanist and is able to undertake detailed vegetation surveys. She is also experienced in surveying for a range of faunal groups and holds a great crested newt licence and a Level 2 Bat Licence.

Alison began her career volunteering with the Somerset Environmental Records Centre, her first paid ecological job was a botanical surveyor for the Centre for Ecology and Hydrology. She has subsequently worked in both the public and private sector. Alison moved to Landmark in 2013.
