Skills and expertise
Maritta is experienced in all areas of landscape planning covering landscape and townscape assessments for various types of development, protected landscapes as well as successful Landscape Partnership Bids. She has worked in both the private and public sectors for government departments and agencies internationally and locally. Maritta is also an environmental planner with specific skills in sustainability appraisals, recreation and tourism, developing new governance models and community engagement.

Maritta initially worked in the north east for RPS Cloustons and then Anthony Walkers before moving south to join Novell Tullet, and then working for a number of years at Land Use Consultants. After a brief spell at Tyler Grange, Maritta joined Landmark in 2014.

Family, swimming, working in the garden/veg patch, maintaining an old cottage, walking, collecting antique furniture, cooking as well as travelling and painting (when time allows!)
