The Landmark Practice’s environmental planning team provides integrated planning and environmental Development Appraisal reports, informed by our environmental planners, ecologists and landscape architects.

These reports help our clients to understand and evaluate potential risk and cost, and maximise development potential.  Our development appraisal reports also consider the likelihood of the local planning authority requiring Environmental Impact Assessment and/or Habitat Regulations Assessment.

Early appraisal enables accurate critical path analysis and financial calculations, can help to maximise the developable potential of sites and ensures that our developers are fully informed for site negotiations.
