Our scheme at Mulberry Park is progressing well, and it’s exciting to see the public open space (POS) and surrounding landscape beginning to take shape, reflecting the landscape and ecological vision set out in our original design. Mulberry Park is an award‑winning 700‑home development on a former MOD site in Bath, Andy and James’ recent visit showed strong progress on the ground, despite the rain, the landform mounding and primary routes are taking shape.
The next milestone will be the installation of the play area, developed in collaboration with Curo and Proludic Ltd. The design remains true to our original concept, placing natural character, accessibility, and play value at its core. As new planting takes hold, the landscape will gradually soften and mature, creating a welcoming space for future residents and providing a multifunctional open space for the wider neighborhoods of Bath to visit and enjoy.
We’re pleased to see the design being delivered with a strong attention to detail and we look forward to continuing our collaboration with Curo Group as we move into the next phase of site supervision.
