Ed joined Landmark in 2018 and has experience undertaking a wide range of protected species surveys, along with production of various technical reports. In line with emerging legislation and guidance, Ed specialises in Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG), and leads TLP on delivery of high quality BNG assessments.

 

Specialist interest

Protected species surveying, particularly reptiles.  Biodiversity Net Gain process and application.

Career summary

Following his MPlan from the University of the West of England, Edward worked in the property sector for several years. He then decided to make a change and went back to university hoping to pursue a profession more focused on wildlife. Edward acquired his MSc and began a career in ecology during the following season.
